How long before my item ships?
1 business day - this means, if ordered on a Friday, item ships Monday. If ordered Monday, item ships Tuesday etc. Holidays are not considered business days and may also delay items that are in transit. This is up to the shipping carrier (UPS,USPS) and please understand we have no control over them.
How can I receive my tracking number?
I did not receive an order confirmation email?
Returns
As stated on our auctions, the return policy is for an exchange only. We keep this policy so that we can keep our prices as low as possible. We have had problems with few customers returning items that are not defective or have any issues. The shipping costs added up on "Free Shipping" items and on re-stocking fees charged to us by our supplier were costly. We had 2 choices, ammend this policy or raise prices, we chose to ammend.
