Our main concern is complete satisfaction, while this term is echoed around many markets the whole idea is normally missed. LWC strives to bring near wholesale prices to everyone and delivers excellent products direct from distributors. These items could be considered better than new, since they have not sat on a store shelf and therefor have less defects due to abuse and shelf age.

Once in awhile we may carry a Factory Direct Refurbished Item. These items are clearly described and the word Refurbished will be included in the Item Title and in the condition description. Everything not marked is brand new. We have now added the item condition on every item.
