Returns Policy

With all approved returns you will be given store credit or exchange. 

Defective returns

Returns can be made within 30 days for defective items and receive 100% credit of item price. You must request an RMA Number ( support@livewiredcomputers.com ), without it your package will be returned to you with no exchange or credit. You must include all packing materials and item accessories. All returns are inspected upon arrival. Return address will be given upon RA request.

Non-Defective Returns

Returns with no defect can be made within 30 days and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. This is because the item will then be sold as used. You will need to request an RA (Return Authorization) Number by sending an email to: support@livewiredcomputers.com  without it your package will be returned to you with no exchange or credit. All returns are inspected upon arrival. Our returns dept address will be given upon an RA request.

Shipping Damage

All items are shipped insured, so you have the right to file a complaint with the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS) for credit. Please note that we can, and  will assist with claims due to shipping damages.

If you decide to contact us for support on this issue the following terms apply:          

1. With shipping damage you will need to contact us within 3 days of arrival and proceed as a defective return support@livewiredcomputers.com.
2. If you contact us after the 3rd day, it can be treated as consiquental damage and will not be approved.

Manufacturer Warranty Support / Online Order Tracking

Most manufacturers require an invoice for proof of purchase. You track orders and view your order invoices by logging into your account on livewiredcomputers.com . You will see your previous orders and can click on the "View" button to see your orders.
